What KeyBro is

KeyBro connects people who need a locksmith with independent locksmiths in the Columbus, Ohio area. Locksmiths on KeyBro are independent businesses, not KeyBro employees. The locksmith who accepts your job is responsible for that work.

Requesting service

Request service in the app and you get an order number. That number is all you need to follow your job: no account, no password. Your job shows the agreed price and your vehicle details. If no price is set yet, the job says so, and the price is agreed before work starts.

Payment

You pay your locksmith directly when the work is done. The app never takes card details and never holds your money.

For locksmiths

Sign up with your business details. Every account is reviewed before it can take jobs. Jobs sit in a shared queue, and the first locksmith to accept a job gets it. If you accept a job and cannot finish it, release it in the app and KeyBro decides what happens next.

Fair use

Job details, customer contact details, and messages inside a job may be used only to do that job.
